If you are attending the World Urban Forum in Kuala Lumpur (7-13 Feb 2018), come and find us! We are organising a side event on ‘What Can Urban Sustainability Experiments Do?’
This will be an interactive session, beginning with a series of short presentations on ‘experimental’ urban activities in China, South Africa, and the UK. More details here.
It’s booked for 11:00-12:00 on Tuesday 13 February, in room 304 at the Forum venue (the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre).
WUF9 (the ninth World Urban Forum) will focus on the implementation of the New Urban Agenda adopted in October 2016 at Habitat III (the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development) in Quito, Ecuador. The New Urban Agenda document sets out a common vision and global standards for urban development in the coming decades. You can find out more about WUF9 and the New Urban Agenda on the Forum website.
Do come and visit us – and please feel free to get in touch anyway (see our Contact page) if you will be attending WUF9 and want to meet up.
